「開発のための革新的資金調達に関するリーディング・グループ」常設事務局 （パリ）から6月19-20日に開催されるワークショップ（WS）『2015年の準備：持 続可能な開発と気候変動での革新的資金の役割』の招待状が来ましたので紹介し ます。

 

このWSの目的は、革新的資金調達がどれだけポスト2015（開発）アジェンダに貢 献できるかについて、国際社会に対して提言書を出すことにあるようです。「革 新的資金のこのような提言は、現在国連で持続的な開発と気候変動のための資金 源に関して議論されているが、これを進展させることができだろう」とコンセプ トで述べています。

 

WSはまた気候変動のための資金に特に焦点をあて、生物多様性や農業への資金 （供与）がどれだけ気候変動対策に潜在的に有効かを調査する、ということも目 的としているようです。

 

ところで、フランスは2015年のCOP21（国連気候変動枠組条約第21回締約国会議） のホスト国であり、パリで開催されます（11月から12月）。それもあり？　リーディ ング・グループの常設事務局（フランス外務省ですが）が張り切っているいるよ うです。
